About Our Team

Dr. Ray Morgan opened Towne Lake Family Dentistry in 1988 as the very first dentist in the Towne Lake community. He was the youngest licensed dentist in the state of Georgia at the time. Nearly four decades later, he’s still here — and so are many of the families who came to him from day one. It’s not unusual to meet patients who tell us, “I’ve been coming here for 30 years. My kids come here. Now my grandkids do too.”


That kind of loyalty doesn’t happen by accident. It happens because this practice was built on a single idea: do the work well, treat people with respect, and give people what they actually need and want — not what insurance dictates. Many of our team members have been working here for more than 20 years, further proof that treating people right means they keep coming back.

TVs, music, noise-canceling options, massage chairs, aromatherapy, blankets, squeeze balls, and nitrous oxide available in every operatory. If something makes you comfortable, we probably have it.

A Private Welcome

Leah, our New Patient Coordinator, meets every new patient in the lobby personally. You’ll confirm paperwork in a private space, then get a full office tour before anyone looks in your mouth.

Every recommendation is explained with photos, x-rays, and plain language. No “trust me, it needs a crown.” You’ll know exactly what’s going on in your mouth and why.

We’re located in the heart of Towne Lake at 120 North Medical Parkway, Building 200, Suite #100 — diagonal to Wells Fargo at the main parkway intersection. Free parking is available around the building. If you’re coming from the interstate, we’re about 1.2 miles off the exit (give yourself a few extra minutes during morning and afternoon traffic — we do run on time).

New patient appointments for adults run 2 hours and include a thorough exam, a full set of x-rays or 3D imaging, a gum health check, an oral cancer screening, and one-on-one time with the doctor.
