Chief Financial Officer and Human Resources Director

In terms of managing a company’s monetary business, Jay Phipps is an expert. As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Towne Lake Family Dentistry since 2015, he has been leveraging excellent strategies to direct the most efficient way to direct the company’s finances year after year. He uses these strategies to help ensure company growth for both in the short term and long term. 
Jay has been managing money since he was an early teenager by operating an automobile detailing service as well as selling used automobiles on consignment. He studied Business in college and obtained a BBA in Management. In his spare time you will find Jay spending time with his family and friends on the lake wakesurfing, enjoying the time he gets on the beach, and the love and companionship with their beloved dog Molly.

Restorative Coordinator

Michelle is originally from the mid-west, Indiana / Chicago area.  She moved to Georgia with her family after graduating from the University of Evansville in Indiana.
She began her dental career after graduation and is currently in her 40th year. She began her dental career as a Dental Assistant. She then  transitioned to Treatment Coordinator / Management where she has been for the past 20 years. She enjoys working with people and helping them achieve the smile they always dreamed of having.
She is the mother of two adult children, Matthew and Amanda, and is looking forward to future grandchildren. When she isn’t at the dental office, she is at the gym, at the lake, or enjoying her time with her adopted dog family.

Call Center

Mary is a call center team member. She has worked at Towne Lake Family Dentistry for 25 years. She has seven grandchildren that keep her busy traveling and watching their sports. In her free time, she enjoys crafting, baking, traveling and watching football.

New Patient Coordinator

Leah has been working in the dental field since she was 16. She began her career as a hygiene assistant, advanced to dental assistant, and now works at the front desk—giving her a well-rounded understanding of every part of the practice. Leah attended college at GCSU. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, painting, crafting, playing games, and spending time with family and friends.

Hygiene Coordinator

LaToya is our dedicated Hygiene Coordinator with over 20 years of experience in dentistry. She is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles and ensuring every visit is a positive experience. Outside the office, LaToya enjoys spending time with her two young adult children and her dog, Parker. She loves staying active through Pilates, yoga, weightlifting, and hiking, as well as traveling, cooking, and cheering on her daughter at collegiate volleyball games. A true plant lover, LaToya finds joy in caring for her growing collection of greenery.

Accounts Manager

Tameka recently relocated to GA from Philadelphia PA with her daughter. She enjoys helping patients coordinate their dental treatment and is extremely knowledgeble from her years of working in the dental field. In her time off her and her daughter enjoy spending time together and getting to know GA!

Dental Hygienist

Marsha has worked as a hygienist at our office for 24 years. She is originally from Savannah, Georgia. She is a proud mother of one daughter who currently is attending University of Alabama. In her free time, Marsha enjoys watching Alabama football, playing pickleball and traveling.

Dental Hygienist

Janice is a dental hygienist and has been for 10 years. She has two kids and one new grandbaby. Janice and her family have been calling Towne Lake home since 2005. In her free time, she enjoys hiking with her husband and their dogs and going to visit Charleston where she grew up.

Dental Hygienist

Jenni graduated from the Coastal Carolina Community College Dental Hygiene program in 2007. She lives in Woodstock with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, hiking and trying new restaurants.

Dental Assistant

Kristi is an expanded functions dental assistant here at Towne Lake Family Dentistry. She has been working with Dr. Morgan for 25 years. Kristi has a son named Blake who is AMAZING and two crazy dogs to keep her busy. When Kristi is not at work, she enjoys hosting BINGO at the assisted living home and helping the homeless and less fortunate.

Dental Assistant

Latrece is a dedicated dental assistant at Towne Lake Family Dentistry. She takes pride in ensuring every patient feels comfortable and well-informed throughout their visit. Outside of work, Latrece enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and pursuing her entrepreneurial interests.

Dental Assistant

Ashley is a dental assistant with our team. She is a busy mom of two boys, ages 14 and 4. She is an avid college SEC football fan — ROLL TIDE! During her free time, she enjoys fitness and drinking coffee.

Aliz has been a dental assistant since 2018. Originally from Stone Mountain, she’s excited to begin a new chapter in the Woodstock area with her husband and little girl. Aliz takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable and at ease in the dental chair. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
